The Official Correspondence Authority of Santa Claus
Tell Santa a few real things from their year. Read and edit the whole letter before you pay. Then choose a printable keepsake or a mailed delivery from the North Pole Bureau.
No payment until you approve · Digital letter $6.95 · Printed and mailed $16.95 · North Pole Deluxe $24.95

Every letter carries the Bureau seal and Santa’s signature.

Any letter can print a name at the top. A child stops at the second sentence when Santa mentions something that really happened.
Examples of the kind of line the Bureau writes. Not customer quotes. Your child’s letter is written from the details you give and nothing else.
That is the difference between a Santa letter and their Santa letter.
You do not need a card. You do not even need to give us an email address. The Bureau asks for those only at the moment you decide to order.
Step 1
Their name, their age, and a few true things from their year. Two details are plenty.
Step 2
The whole letter, on screen, in full. Ask for warmer, funnier or shorter, or rewrite a line yourself. If you do not love it, close the tab. Nothing has been charged.
Step 3
Printed on heavy cream stationery, signed, sealed and mailed. Or download it the moment you approve it.
Every edition holds the same letter. What differs is how it reaches you, and what arrives beside it.

Whichever you pick, you read the letter in full before you pay for it. Compare all three side by side.
Those three pictures are the actual files the Bureau produces, shown at full size. Each one holds exactly what that edition contains and nothing else.
Order a mailed letter by Wednesday 9 December
That gives the Bureau time to write, print and post it before the last mail day. Letter post is not tracked, so we cannot promise the day it lands on the mat.
A digital letter has no deadline at all. You can print one on Christmas Eve.

We are parents. We bought the fill-in-the-blank Santa letters, and we watched a seven year old read one to the end and work out that it did not know anything about her. It had her name at the top and nothing else that was hers.
That is the whole problem this was built to fix. Not nicer paper. Not a fancier seal. A letter that actually knows something.
More about who makes these
The letter only uses what you tell us. It will not invent a pet, a sibling or a school play. If a draft slips, it is thrown away and written again before you ever see it.
Then it is yours. Ask for it warmer or funnier. Cut a line. Add one. The version you approve is the version that prints, and it is frozen the moment you pay so what arrives is what you read.
The North Pole Bureau is a personalized letter-from-Santa service for parents in the United States, published by Anvil Road LLC. A parent gives a few details about their child, Santa writes a one-page letter about them, and the parent reads and approves every word before it is printed on cream stationery, signed, sealed and mailed, or delivered as a printable PDF. Letters cost $6.95 to $24.95. Unlike fill-in-the-blank templates, every letter is written for one child and checked so it never invents a detail the parent did not give.
The letter is yours to read, change and approve before a single copy is printed.
No child email, no birthday, no school. We collect what the letter needs and nothing else.
Heavy cream stock, the Bureau's printed seal, and Santa's own signature. Type set the way an office would set it.

The letter is one night of the year. These are the rest of it.
A few minutes. You will read the whole letter before you decide, and nothing is charged until you do.
