Who actually writes the letter?
You give the Bureau a few details only a parent would know. An AI writing system drafts Santa's letter from them, in Santa's voice. Then you read every word. You can ask for it warmer, funnier or shorter, or edit it yourself. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Will the letter mention things that are not true?
The letter only uses details you gave. A check runs on every draft to make sure it does not invent a pet, a sibling or an event. If the check fails, the draft is thrown away and written again.
Do you contact my child?
Never. We only ever email the adult who ordered. We do not ask for a child's email, birthday, school or photo.
What does a printed letter look like?
A single page on heavy cream stationery with the Bureau seal at the top and Santa's signature at the bottom, sealed in an envelope and addressed to the child. The Deluxe edition adds a Nice List certificate with the child's name.
How is it mailed, and when will it arrive?
By ordinary letter post within the United States. Letter post is not tracked, so we cannot give a delivery date. We email you when it is printed and again when it is mailed. Order early in December to be safe.
Does it come with a North Pole postmark?
No. We do not simulate postmarks or postage, because that would not be honest. The envelope is addressed to your child and carries real postage.
What is in the digital letter?
Two PDF files, emailed to you: a color version for any home printer or screen, and a black and white version that is kinder on ink. The links work through the end of January, or for 90 days, whichever is later.
Can I change the letter after I pay?
No. The version you approve is the version that prints. That is on purpose: it is how we guarantee the letter you read is the letter that arrives. If you spot a mistake before we print, reply to your order email and we will cancel and refund so you can start again.
What if something goes wrong?
Reply to any order email. Damaged or misprinted letters are reprinted free. Lost letters are resent. Broken download links are replaced. Our refund policy has the details.
Is the North Pole Bureau real?
The Bureau is an imaginary office run by Anvil Road LLC, a small family company. The letter, the stationery and the care are real.
