The certificate comes with the Deluxe edition only. It is not sold on its own, because it is written to match the letter it arrives with.
What the certificate says, and does not say
It is ceremonial, not legal. It says your child was kind and tried hard. It does not claim any authority it does not have, and a small line at the foot says plainly that the Bureau is an imaginary office. Children do not read the small line. Parents appreciate it.
Sealed with the Bureau’s wax seal, the same one that closes the letter.
