North Pole Deluxe
A Nice List certificate with your child’s name on it.
The Bureau records that, after careful review, your child has been kind, has tried hard at difficult things, and is entered upon the Nice List for Christmas 2026. Signed by Santa, under the Bureau’s red seal.
- Your child’s first name, set large in the Bureau’s script.
- Santa’s signature and the season of record.
- The Bureau’s red seal at the head, printed, and the record number at the foot.
- 11 by 8.5 inches, landscape, on the same cream stock as the letter.
- Printed and mailed in the same envelope as the letter.
Letter, certificate and a digital copy.
The certificate comes with the Deluxe edition only. It is not sold on its own, because it is written to match the letter it arrives with.
What the certificate says, and does not say
It is ceremonial, not legal. It says your child was kind and tried hard. It does not claim any authority it does not have, and a small line at the foot says plainly that the Bureau is an imaginary office. Children do not read the small line. Parents appreciate it.
The seal is printed on the certificate, not pressed in real wax. It looks like this. If you want real sealing wax for the envelope, the Supply Office has a page about wax seal kits.
What it says, word for word
This is the whole certificate. Only the first name and the year change.
Official Nice List Certificate
The Bureau records that, after careful review,
your child’s first name
has been kind, has tried hard at difficult things, and is entered upon the Nice List for Christmas 2026.
Santa Claus · Christmas 2026, season of record
A keepsake from the North Pole Bureau, an imaginary office.
That last line is printed small at the foot, next to the record number. It is there so the certificate never claims to be something it is not. Children read their own name and the sentence above it, and nothing else.
Questions parents ask about the certificate
- Can I buy just the certificate?
- No. It comes with the North Pole Deluxe letter at $24.95 and is not sold on its own. It names the same child as the letter and arrives in the same envelope, so the two are made together or not at all.
- How big is it?
- 11 by 8.5 inches, landscape, on the same heavy cream stock as the letter. It fits a standard document frame without trimming.
- What is personalized?
- Your child’s first name, set large in the Bureau’s script, and the year. The rest of the wording is the same on every certificate. It does not mention anything from the letter, so nothing you type can end up in two places.
- Is the seal real wax?
- No. It is printed on the certificate, in red. We would rather say so than let you open the envelope expecting to feel one.
- When does it arrive?
- It is printed and posted with the letter, so it arrives when the letter does. Order a mailed letter by Wednesday 9 December. Letter post is not tracked, so we cannot promise the day it lands.
- Do I get a digital copy of it?
- The digital file included with Deluxe is the letter, not the certificate. The certificate is a printed keepsake and ships as paper only.
