How long is the video?
About 15 seconds. Santa says hello, says their name, tells them one true thing from their year, and wishes them a merry Christmas. If you want Santa to say more, the Santa Package adds a recording of him reading the whole letter out loud.
Is it a live video call?
No. It is a recorded message made just for your child. Santa does not talk back, so there is nothing to book and no time to be home for. Play it whenever you like, as often as you like.
How fast does it come?
The letter comes in minutes. The video takes longer to make and is checked before it is sent, so it usually comes the same day. Need it for Christmas Eve? Order by December 23.
Which Santa will my child see?
You choose. There are two Santas, and you pick the one you want when you order. Nothing is chosen for you.
Will Santa say the name right?
You can spell the name the way it sounds, like EYE-la or SEER-sha. Santa says it that way. The letter still uses the real spelling.
Is the Santa real?
Santa's face and voice are made with AI tools from an approved portrait. He is a made-up character, not a real person. Every video is checked before it is sent.
Can I see the video before I pay?
You read the whole letter before you pay, and the video uses the same true details from it. The video itself is made after you order.
Who gets the video?
Only you, the adult who ordered. It comes to your email as a video file you can save. The Bureau never contacts a child.
