Press and gift guides

Thank you for looking. Everything a writer or gift-guide editor usually asks for is on this page. If something is missing, write to support@northpolebureau.com and a person answers, usually the same day.

In one sentence

Santa calls your child on video, says their name and one true thing from their year, then reads them a letter written just for them.

The facts

What it is
A letter from Santa written from true things a parent shares, and, with the Santa Package, a video call where Santa says the child's name and reads the letter aloud.
Price
$6.95 for the letter. $19.95 for the Santa Package: the letter, Santa reading it aloud, and the video call.
Try before paying
Parents read the whole letter free before they pay. Anyone can try a short sample call.
Delivery
By email, so it works right up to Christmas Eve. The letter arrives in minutes; the video usually the same day.
Works on
Any phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install.
Made by
Anvil Road LLC, a small family company. 2026 is the Bureau's first Christmas.

How it works

  1. A parent gives Santa the child’s name, age, and one or two true things from the year, like a lost tooth or a new puppy.
  2. Santa’s letter is written from those details and nothing else. The parent reads all of it free and can change any word.
  3. With the Santa Package, the phone rings, the child taps Answer, and Santa says hello by name. Then he reads the letter, with the words on screen so the child can read along.

How it is made

The letter is drafted by a writing system and checked by another: a draft that mentions anything the parent did not share, like a pet or a school, is thrown out and written again. Santa’s voice and his video are made with AI tools, from the letter the parent approved. Santa is a made-up character, not a real person, and every video is checked before it is sent.

Children’s privacy

The Bureau never contacts a child and never asks for a child’s email, birthday, school or photo. What a parent shares is used to write that one letter, is not sold, and is not used to train anything. The full privacy policy says exactly what is kept and for how long.
